- Additional work may incur extra charges
- All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify pricing for custom orders
4. Orders and Contracts
When you place an order with us, you enter into a legally binding contract. The contract is formed when:

- You pay a deposit (where applicable)
- We confirm your order in writing
Cancellation rights apply as per UK consumer protection laws. You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date of contract formation, subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Installation

We will make reasonable efforts to complete installations on agreed dates but are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Guarantee and Warranty
We provide a comprehensive 10-year guarantee on materials and installation workmanship, subject to:
- Proper use and maintenance of products
- Reporting defects within reasonable time
- Allowing us reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy issues
- Compliance with our maintenance recommendations
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
8. Customer Obligations
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and requirements
- Grant access to your property for surveys and installations
- Prepare the site as instructed (if required)
- Make payment as agreed
- Ensure the safety of our team while on your property
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the products and services provided
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control
- Our liability for property damage is covered by our public liability insurance
10. Intellectual Property
